Q: Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost?

A: Yes! I’m happy to announce that whether you live in Iceland, Kenya or Canada, you can cute-ify your phone with some #luckydeerlove. Total costs for each country are as follows: (case + shipping)

Canada: $18.00

USA: $19.00

Everywhere Else: $22.00

Q: If I live in Toronto/your hometown, are shipping costs still the same?

A: Shipping is based on country, so yes - shipping anywhere within Canada has a flat rate. 

Q: When will you restock __________?

A: In the event that a design goes out of stock, the case will either be restocked ASAP, or replaced with a an equally cute design, based on the demand. 

Q: When will you be making new designs?

A: As soon as my budget allows me too! I make bulk orders, therefore current cases will have to sell in order for me to need enough to make a big order! But I'll keep you updated on how I'm doing, so fingers crossed new designs will be hitting the store soon!

Q: Where do you get your cases?
A: This info is as secret as the Krabby Patty Recipe. 

Q: Who designs the cases?
A: Yours truly! Using a combination of my own photography and graphic design.

Q: What is the quality of a Lucky Deer Case?
A: Unfortunately I can’t make an iPhone replacement policy similar to Otterbox, but there is a bit of a lip that goes above the screen, which will take most of the impact in the event that your iPhone goes down. I have personally tested this theory more times than I would like to admit.

Q: Do you have a video about the cases?
A: As soon as there’s a video live about the cases (I intend to get it filmed ASAP) the link will be here!

Q: When will you have designs for the iPhone 5?
A: As soon as my budget allows it! Girls gotta pay the bills, so as soon as LDCases becomes successful to the point where a second model is in the budget, it’ll happen!

Q: Why don’t you make cases for other phones such as Samsung, Blackberry etc. 
A: I order my cases in bulk, therefore it would be risky to make a large order for a phone model that is constantly changing. I would love to be able to offer cases for every mobile device, but it’s just iPhones for now.

Q: Does the case fit an iPhone 4 and 4S?
A: Yes!

Q: Do you have a store where I can purchase your items or can I pick up my order?
A: At this time there isn’t a physical location where Lucky Deer Cases are sold. I wish I could have a pop-up shop especially for local customers, but unfortunately everyone will have to make their purchase via the online store. 

Q: When will I get my items? 

A: I ship one day out of each week (unless I’m feeling more procrastinate-y than usual and feel like making an extra trip to the post office to avoid something else). Please allow 1-4 weeks after ordering to receive your case. I’m saying up to 4 weeks so I can avoid receiving complaints such as “YOU’RE A BIG FAT LIAR!!”. Shipping to the USA and Canada typically only takes 1-2 weeks, but we’re saying 4 so you can’t get mad at me.

Q: How secure is this store? 

A: This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL).

A: Toronto, Canada.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? 

A: Lucky Deer Cases gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. 

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store? 

A: No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you have the option to use it to speed up the check out process.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: All sales are final. But in the event that your case arrives with damage due to shipping, you can snap a picture of it and e-mail me the proof of damage and I will gladly replace it for you. If you have received the wrong order, we will gladly ship the correct one out and cover all shipping expenses.
